Taste our new "Limited Edition" Dessert Wines in keepsake decanters. Event tickets at the door, $10/person, $5/Wine Club Members.
February 17th - 6:00pm - Winemaker Pairing Dinner - Save the Date!
Enjoy a gourmet five course meal paired with wine personally chosen by Winemaker Dominic Mantei and prepared by Palate Catering. Served at our beautiful Hart 2 Hart Vineyard Estate House.
Limited tickets will be available. $85/person, $75/Wine Club Members.
First Course: Filet Mignon Beef Carpaccio with olive oil, capers, and thinly sliced red onion served with toast points. EC Sparkling Wine and 2014 Classic 61 Red.
Second Course: Blue Lump Crab Cakes with Chipotle aioli and Fresh Cilantro. 2014 Pinot Grigio.
Third Course: Grilled Fall Vegetable Caprese Salad with Buffalo Mozzarella and Balsamic Reduction. 2013 Sangiovese.
Fourth Course: Two Options: Grilled Marinated Duck Breast with a Grand Marnier demi glaze OR Grilled Steak Diane with wild mushroom cream sauce, both are served on a bed of whipped cabernet potatoes and sauteed vegetables. 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon "The American"
